PROJECT: New Build for the Private Rental Sector

 

SUMMARY: This new build housing development consists of 139 dwellings to be built on the site currently occupied by two buildings formerly used for commercial office space and which have been empty for 4 years. The scheme comprises a mix of 1 and 2-bed apartments for the Private Rental Sector.

We were commissioned to assess the current planning drawings which had been refused planning permission, and resolve the outstanding issues to the satisfaction of the local council. We then took the revised scheme through to construction.

The building utilises steel frame construction with lightweight metal frame partitions.
