PROJECT: New-build Family Housing on Infill site

SUMMARY: 25 derelict and vandalised houses were demolished to provide 23 three bed houses and 2 two bed bungalows, together with extensive public realm improvements. All dwellings were designed to full Lifetime Homes standards.

KHT and Triangle agreed that it was vital that the new housing should have a very different character from both its predecessor and its neighbours, in order to establish a new sense of place and identity and eradicate the stigma of the previous development.

SERVICES: Full architectural services from inception to planning submission for KHT. All construction drawings for contractor at post-contract stage.
